Returns & Exchanges
You may request for refund anytime prior to the package's departure or promptly after its delivery.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. However, if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we do our best to make return or exchange as painless as possible. All refunds are processed through PayPal.
After you place an order and make the payment, you can request for refund at two different periods.
• Before departure from Korea
• Within 7 days after delivery
Refunding before departure from Korea
After your payment for items, we will promptly purchase them. When we have acquired the items, we will take a photo, send it to you, and ask for your final confirmation of the order. We really want to make sure and double check with you because the items are about to fly across the ocean, making return or exchange very difficult.
• Please do note during the checking process, we cannot unbox or unseal an item if by doing so the item loses its novelty.
• If you are not satisfied with how the item looks in photos we send to you, you may request for an exchange (to a different variation, color, size, etc.) or refund, in which case we may ask for a $5 restocking fee.
• Sold out or discontinued items after the order was already placed: Your order will be refunded in full.
Refunding within 7 days after delivery
A request for refund and exchange must be made within 7 days after the delivery date. Who will be responsible for shipping and handling costs for return varies depending on the situation.
• We pay, if you receive a wrong or missing item. We will resend any missing items.
• Delivery company pays, if an item is lost or damaged during transit.
• You pay, if return occurs on customer's request. Please contact us by Email or messenger. Please do not send the products until we have reviewed your request. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
• You pay, if the parcel is returned to us because you rejected or refused requirements under your country's domestic import tax law.
