Kep1er is back! On March 6, KLAP Entertainment confirmed via official SNS that Kep1er will make their comeback as a 6-member group with a brand-new album on March 31. Spoiler posters and official comeback visuals have already sparked excitement among fans worldwide.

Concept Revealed in Spoiler Posters

The released spoiler posters feature puzzle pieces layered over newspaper clippings, creating a mysterious and intriguing vibe. Words such as “CRACK,” “CODE,” and “UNLOCKED” are printed across the pieces, teasing fans’ curiosity.

Interestingly, the three words hint at meanings like “solving a code” and “unlocking,” while cleverly forming a connection to Kep1er’s initial “K.” Fans are eagerly speculating about the new world and concept that will unfold through this upcoming album.

The official comeback poster presents a bold and dramatic mood. Set in a dimly lit space, a single poster is mounted on a metallic wall, illuminated by a focused headlight that draws viewers’ attention. The poster prominently displays the album title “CRACK CODE” and the release date March 31, promising an exciting transformation in Kep1er’s new musical era.

Transition to a 6-Member Lineup

On March 6, Kep1er’s official SNS shared news regarding the group’s future activities:

“Since debuting in 2022, SEO YOUNGEUN has been an important part of Kep1er’s journey. After long discussions regarding her future, we have mutually agreed that she will step down from group activities. The members fully respect her decision and continue to support her,” the statement read.

With SEO YOUNGEUN’s departure, Kep1er will continue as a 6-member group, building on their strong teamwork and fanbase.

First Comeback in 7 Months

This marks Kep1er’s first comeback in seven months, following their seventh mini-album “BUBBLE GUM” released last August. Known for their powerful performances and distinctive vocal colors, fans are eagerly anticipating how the group will “unlock” hearts with their latest musical storytelling.

During this period, Kep1er also performed in the 2025 Kep1er CONCERT TOUR [Into The Orbit: Kep1asia], connecting with fans across Asia. They appeared on Nippon TV’s Best Artist 2025 and Apple TV+’s global music survival series KPOPPED, reinforcing their status as a leading K-pop girl group.
