Shipping Policy

We provide bundling service, standard shipping (Korea Post), and express shipping (DHL).

All of our orders ship from Korea. We ship internationally only.

We provide bundling service at no additional cost should you purchase multiple items. When necessary, we re-pack to minimize your shipping cost.

We abide by all rules and do not ship items prohibited by the Korean government or International Air Transport Association (IATA).

We have two shipping options: Standard and Express.

Express Shipping

• It takes 3 to 7 days from departure to delivery.

• It uses DHL Express.

• Tracking code is provided.

• It delivers worldwide.

• DHL charges shipping based on volumetric weight (see more here).

• DHL Express for retail clients is very expensive, but we get a much lower rate by leveraging a business account. We give you the full benefit of this discount and do not take any additional fee.

Standard Shipping (significant delay due to Covid)

• It takes 2 to 6 weeks from departure to delivery. Pre-Covid, it used to take 6 to 12 days. Currently, however, due to the limited number of passenger flights, through which shipping is conducted, transit time has become much longer.It uses K-Packet international mail service, which is operated by Korea Post, the government-run national postal service of Korea.

• Tracking code is provided.

• It delivers to 20 countries only specified in this Rate Table: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.

• Korea Post charges shipping based on weight only. Standard is the most affordable option for items that weigh less than 2 kg. For the exact shipping quote for your country and weight, please consult the Rate Table.
