We're introducing an update designed to help you save on carrier charges. This change will take effect on April 22, 2026.

Line Consolidation for Forward Items (FedEx & UPS)

To help reduce per-line charges, which are applied by FedEx and UPS starting from the 4th line of a shipment, we have introduced an automatic line consolidation logic for Forward Items.

Items will be merged into a single line when all four of the following match:

• Reviewed product name
• Unit price
• HS Code
• Regular or OFM package

Example

Let's say your shipment originally contains 6 separate lines of Ateez Photocards, each priced at KRW 1,000 with the same HS Code:

→ Lines 4, 5, and 6 would incur additional per-line charges from the carrier.

→ With only 1 line in total, no additional per-line charges apply.

No action is required on your part — the consolidation logic is applied automatically during processing.
