We are pleased to announce that EMS and K-Packet shipping to Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden has resumed.

EMS and K-Packet service to these three countries was temporarily suspended following changes to the EU's customs policy, which required duties to be paid by the sender rather than collected upon delivery. We have now completed the necessary system updates to handle this, and shipping is resuming under a prepaid Duties & Taxes policy.

Shipping Details

• Following the EU's removal of the €150 duty exemption, customs duty now applies to every package regardless of value.
• For these three countries, duties must be paid by the sender. Therefore, they will be calculated and charged alongside your shipping fee at checkout.
• Korea Post handles the customs clearance and settles the duty with the destination customs authority, so no customs duty is collected from you on delivery. (VAT is charged separately by your local post — please see below.)

Prepaid Duties & Fees Breakdown

• Customs duty

1. Declared value €150 or under: €3 × number of product categories (HS codes) in your package
2. Declared value over €150: standard duty rate applied per product category

• Carrier's service fee

(Note: Euro amounts are converted based on the exchange rate applied on the billing date.)

⚠️ Please Note:

• VAT is not included in the prepaid amount. Your local postal service will collect VAT upon delivery (19% in Germany, 21% in the Netherlands, and 25% in Sweden).
• For packages with a declared value of €150 or under, duty is charged per product category (HS code), not per item. For example, 5 copies of the same album count as one category (€3), while an album + a T-shirt + a keyring count as three categories (€9).
• The final customs assessment may vary; however, no additional charges will be billed, and no refunds will be issued even if the actual duties differ from the prepaid amount.
• These rates are subject to change in accordance with updates to EU customs policies or adjustments to actual customs assessments.
