What was in your Kfriday box?

This Kfriday box was very much based around ATEEZ Mingi and photocard collecting -- the latter of which is one of the big reasons why I looked into Kfriday, because I needed a website that consolidated proxying, storing, and shipping all the items that would be difficult for me to get in the United States.

I would say the item that I was most excited about receiving in this box was the Mingyo Face Cushion from the Mighteez Pop-up! Outside of Kpop and photocards, I’m a plushie collector and this was the perfect addition to my collection.

This batch also included some photocards that I purchased from friends overseas, as well as my first-ever order of Popcorn Sleeves. I had seen multiple reviews of Popcorn Sleeves online but had difficulty finding them stateside, so I was pleased to find them easily available through the Kfriday Shop at a great price per pack.

Any memorable moments from this K-haul?

This Kfriday box included a shipment of photocards from Pocamarket which I had been building for about three months. When it arrived, there were several photocards that I almost forgot about and was very happy to unbox once my package came because it reminded me that I was able to build my collection for my favourite artists.

Something I learned from the first time I used Kfriday’s OFM service was to put in the order right away, particularly for a group like ATEEZ, which I was told frequently gets requests for their services. Because of that, I placed my order for the Mighteez popup as soon as I was able to, and luckily, Kfriday were able to secure all of the items I wanted in my order!

In particular, the face cushion was a Korea exclusive, and even when Mighteez popups opened stateside, the face cushion wasn’t available, so this was a great haul for me and I consider it very lucky that Kfriday was able to secure it for me along with the other items I requested from the popup.

Another item in this box was the beanie from ATEEZ Mingi’s birthday popup. This was an item that I wasn’t able to secure previously because I didn’t decide on purchasing it later, but was able to get it with the assistance of an individual proxy who was able to attend the event and purchase it! This item actually got sent to the Lost and Found because of a mishap with the address, but Kfriday was immediately able to remedy that when I reached out to them, and it was put in my postbox immediately.

Kfriday Experience and Honest Feedback

I first discovered Kfriday when I was researching Kaddy and proxy services. I looked through Instagram videos, watched Youtube videos, and read reviews online to try and find something that was well-suited to what I was looking for.

I decided to take a chance on Kfriday because I found the website easily navigable and the services straightforward, but I’ve returned to Kfriday a few times now because I was impressed by their customer service. The customer service team patiently walked me through my first time completing an OFM request, and I really appreciated that for this event (ATEEZ Mingi’s birthday popup), they communicated each step from sending the team to the event based on their schedules, what items were secured, and assuring me that they were doing their best to fulfil my order.

For Box F2 in particualr, even when Kfriday wasn’t able to secure my second round of orders from the Mighteez popup due to popup supply, they made sure to always communicate with me at every step of the process; despite the time difference, I didn’t feel like I was unaware of what was going on with my orders and I was always kept in the loop.

This was also the first time I tried purchasing items off of Bunjang, and its integration into Kfriday makes it really easy to search and purchase. The Kfriday team handles everything including talking to the seller, especially if the listing has more than one item involved, which makes it so convenient for me to buy what I’m interested in off of Bunjang.

I also really like that Kfriday has its own shop that I can browse for groups I enjoy and even supplies that I need for my collection, and I also really enjoy the “Trending OFM” section because it introduces me to items I wouldn’t have known or heard about.

I’ve never had to worry about packing quality from Kfriday either, because my packages have made it safely and securely, even photocards which are the most likely to get damaged in transit and require protection. I appreciate the unboxing video option that Kfriday provides so that I can check all of my items and make sure I have everything before it even gets to me in the States, which gives me peace of mind regarding my orders.

Tips, Messages, or Love for Fellow Fans

If you are first starting out with K-shopping like I was a few months ago, Kfriday is a really helpful tool and asset. From my experience, the team are really wonderful with responding to questions, and OFM pages will let you know what items can and can’t be shipped overseas.

For example, in the most recent ATEEZ 8Room popup where room sprays were available, Kfriday let us know in advance on the page that due to shipping restrictions, even if we purchased the room spray, only the photocard benefit would be shipped - it’s something that’s good to know ahead of time, and Kfriday takes the time to inform you.

What’s great about Kfriday is that it’s not just limited to Kpop collectibles and albums - thanks to the integration with Bunjang, you’re able to buy several types of items you might not normally find where you live, and through Kfriday’s own online OFM services, you can purchase anything you see on a Korean website that would cost way more to ship to you than via a proxy. Especially if you’re ordering a lot of items or want a way to get site-specific/event-specific exclusives, proxying and shipping via Kfriday is a much more cost-effective method of K-shopping.

Item List

  • Mingi HBD Popup Beanie
  • Mingi Photocards
  • Yunho Photocard
  • Photocards x 34
  • This was a Pocamarket order that I had been building since June, so it is a couple months’ worth of photocards that I was waiting for. Having a Kaddy through Kfriday helped minimize the shipping cost from Pocamarket to me, especially with all the uncertainty surrounding the post into the United States while I was building this Kfriday order, so having this shipped to Kfriday first gave me a lot of peace of mind when receiving my order because I knew that it would be handled well and carefully.
  • Photocard
  • Ateez Photocard GOLDEN HOUR PART.2[mini 11th Digipack] DearMyMuse Video Call 1.0 Applicant POB Puppy ver. Mingi
  • I chose to purchase this photocard because I’m a collector of ATEEZ Mingi, who is my ult from ATEEZ. This is a POB that I didn’t have yet and Golden Hour Part 2 is my favourite era so far, so I was pleasantly surprised to find it available in Kfriday’s shop. Kfriday makes it easy to purchase individual photocards, and I don’t have to worry about whether or not they will travel well or face issues in transit because my orders have always arrived safely in containers that prevent damage.
  • Ateez Photocard GOLDEN HOUR PART.2[mini 11th Digipack] DearMyMuse Video Call 1.0 Applicant POB Puppy ver. Yunho
  • I chose this photocard because I also collect certain ATEEZ Yunho cards and, specifically, I have a separate binder for my favourite pairs. Because I also purchased Mingi’s card, I was happy to find Yunho’s available and purchased them at the same time.
  • Ateez Photocard GOLDEN HOUR Part.2[mini 11th] Hellolive WY DAY MEET&CALL Applicant POB Chiikawa ver. Mingi
  • This is another photocard from my favourite ATEEZ era so far. Though I’m not a completionist and I only collect cards that I like, having the Kfriday shop makes it easy to find and purchase these when they’re available in the store. I didn’t know this card existed, so I was happy I found it and decided to buy this one because of Hachiware, and because I love photocards that involve cute outfits or items.
  • [POPCORN GAMES] Photocard Hard Sleeves 59x86mm (50pcs)
  • I wanted to try these sleeves because I saw several collectors on YouTube use this particular brand, with many of them positively reviewing it because of its cost and its quality. I was very pleasantly surprised with their quality once I received them and tested them out on my collection, and now I only use them when trading or selling because I know they’ll protect my cards well.
  • Ateez 8room Trading Card Mingi
  • This photocard was my first time ordering off of Bunjang - kind of like a test run because I wanted to see how it worked via Kfriday. This is a specific card that I wanted from the ATEEZ 8Room popup because of the pose, and being able to find and individually select this card for purchase made it so much less stressful than having to purchase several sets of random trading card packs to try and find the one card out of the total number of cards.
  • Random Trading Card Set
  • Big Face Cushion
  • This is my favourite item from the Mighteez popup, and I’m so thankful Kfriday was able to secure it for me because they haven’t been made available stateside! This is the perfect pillow to lounge around with or even take on a trip. I chose this item because Mingyo is a character by ATEEZ Mingi, and I was glad Kfriday was able to help me secure other items with this character on it that I otherwise would not have had access to, or would have had to wait a longer time for if it weren’t for their proxying service.
