This is my second time using Kfriday, and I’m so impressed by their professionalism and great customer service, especially with how communicative they are. They make me feel confident in my offline OFM purchases, and always let me know if they can or can’t complete anything for whatever reason and I really appreciate that! In my order, I had a mix of offline OFM, Bunjang purchases, and forwarded packages from friends, and everything was handled well and packed very safely - I’ve had no reasons to worry if my items will come damaged because they use containers, vacuum sealed bags, and other things to make sure that everything arrives intact. I highly recommend all the services I’ve used so far, and will continue to use Kfriday moving forward!
