1. Introducing ‘Priority Packing’
We know you want your packages forwarded as quickly as possible and we will do our best to get your order out of the door as quickly as possible. However, at times, due to a high volume of requests, packing may take up to 7 business days.
The new Priority Packing option means that we will pack your order ahead of others and give you an invoice within 2 business days (weekends excluded). Business days are Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm KST.
Priority Packing fee is 20,000 won per forward package. For example, if your forward request is consolidated into 4 forward packages, the total priority packing fee will be 80,000 won.
2. Premium shipping is discontinued
Currently, we have Standard and Premium shipping options. While premium shipping is roughly one day faster, we concluded it is not very useful, especially now that we have priority packing, which may accelerate your forward by multiple days. So we are streamlining shipping options into one, and Premium is in effect replaced with Priority Packing.
3. Reminder on the 3% shipping fee increase
As we have announced around the end of last year, a 3% increase in international shipping fee will take effect on Monday, January 9th KST. Any forward packages that are not paid by midnight of January 8th will have the new shipping fee applied.
