Dear Kfriday family — if you receive a package with missing or damaged items and would like to request compensation, please submit an unboxing video through our website’s customer support. Below are the guidelines for recording your video.

Recording Rules

To process your claim, your unboxing video must meet all four of the following requirements.

One Continuous Take

Film in a single shot — no cuts, pauses, or edits are allowed.

Show the Full Process

Start filming before you open the package, until every item is visible.

Focus on Each Item

Clearly display every item on camera, including any visible damage.

Good Video Quality

Keep the footage steady, sharp, and well-lit — not blurry or dark.

Why is an unboxing video required?

An unboxing video provides clear evidence that allows our team to investigate and resolve issues fairly — for both you and Kfriday. It removes guesswork and helps us reach a decision quickly.

Tip: Film every Kfriday package, just in case.

IMPORTANT

We cannot accept claims if the package has been repacked before filming, or if the video does not follow the guidelines above. Please record carefully the first time — there are no second takes.
