Order for Me (OFM)

Love Korean products but shopping feels complicated?
Whether it’s the language barrier, payment issues, or tricky shipping policies—Korean shopping sites can be tough to navigate.
That’s where Kfriday comes in!

We’ll help you buy what you want from Korean online and offline stores—no hassle, no confusion.
Just fill out our simple Order For Me (OFM) form, and we’ll handle everything for you—from placing the order to getting it delivered right to your door.

STEP 01

Where to locate the OFM request form

Option 1: Use the Order For Me Menu

Bunjang Purchase
Shopping on Bunjang? Go to our Bunjang page for a tailored request form.
Fansign or Video Call Events
Want to apply for a video call or offline fansign event without the stress? Head over to our Fansign page—we'll take care of the rest!
Other Korean Stores
Looking to buy from any other Korean website or shop? Just use our New Request option.

Option 2: Use the Quick Link Search

Already have a product link?
Just copy and paste the URL into the search bar on our home page, then click the send icon
We’ll take you straight to the OFM request page so you can submit your order easily.
STEP 02

Fill Out and Submit the OFM Request Form

Choose the right order type and fill in the required details.
Once you're done, just click Submit—easy!

Placing a Video Call Order?

Make sure to check the "Video Call" box and enter the applicant's information according to Kfriday's guidelines.

This helps us make sure everything is processed smoothly!

STEP 03

Complete Your Payment

Once you've submitted your request, just click the “Pay Now” button to finish your payment.
You can choose from the following payment methods
Wise, PayPal, or Credit Card—whatever works best for you!

Your order will only be placed after the payment is completed, so don’t forget this step!

STEP 04

Get Notified When Your Order is Placed

We’ll send you a confirmation via email or KakaoTalk once your order has been successfully placed.

Don’t miss a thing!

Make sure your notifications are turned on.

Go to My Profile → Notifications and enable alerts so you stay updated.

STEP 05

Get Notified When Your Package Arrives

As soon as your package arrives at our warehouse, you’ll get a notification via email or KakaoTalk.

At this point, the Order For Me (OFM) service fee and any additional cost of goods (e.g. domestic shipping cost) will be charged.
STEP 06

(Optional) Request Extra Services Before Shipping

Before we consolidate your packages, you can request one of our optional services to customize your delivery experience.

Unboxing

Want to double-check what’s inside?

We’ll open your packages and show you exactly what arrived—just to make sure everything’s safe and correct.

Split

Worried about the declared value or using services like K-Packet?

We can split your shipment into smaller packages to help reduce risk and cost.

Inclusion (Remove Unwanted Items)

Looking to save on shipping fees?

Let us know what you don’t need, and we’ll leave it out of the final package.

STEP 07

Request packing (Package Consolidation)

When you’re ready to combine your packages into one shipment, simply go to:

Request → Packing → New Packing and submit your consolidation request.

STEP 08

Request shipping

When your packing is complete, you’re ready to ship!

Go to Request → Shipping → New Shipping and submit your shipping request.

Then, simply click “Pay” to have your package shipped out on the next business day.
