Want to order items directly to our warehouse?
Kfriday is here to help you save on shipping costs and make the process smooth and easy!

STEP 01

Order Items to Your Kaddy (Warehouse)

When placing your order, please use our warehouse address and don’t forget to include your Kfriday ID! This helps us identify your package quickly.

You can find the address anytime in My Page on our site.

STEP 02

Find the Incoming Form

To let us know your package is on the way, go to

Request → Incoming → New Incoming

and submit the form.

STEP 03

Fill Out and Submit the Incoming Form

Please enter the shop or seller name, tracking number, and item details so we can manage your packages smoothly.
You can fill this out

1) As soon as you get your tracking number, or

2) After the package arrives, directly from your Postbox.

Note

If you don’t have a tracking number yet, no worries! You can wait until your package arrives.

If you see an error message, it might be because the tracking number was already entered or typed incorrectly. In this case, please wait until the package arrives before trying again.

STEP 04

Get Notified When Your Package Arrives

As soon as your package arrives at our warehouse, you’ll get a notification via email or KakaoTalk.

Don’t miss a thing!

Make sure your notifications are turned on.

Go to My Profile → Notifications and enable alerts so you stay updated.

STEP 05

(Optional) Request unboxing, split, inclusion service

Before we consolidate your packages, you can request one of our optional services to customize your delivery experience.

Unboxing

Want to double-check what’s inside?

We’ll open your packages and show you exactly what arrived—just to make sure everything’s safe and correct.

Split

Worried about the declared value or using services like K-Packet?

We can split your shipment into smaller packages to help reduce risk and cost.

Inclusion (Remove Unwanted Items)

Looking to save on shipping fees?

Let us know what you don’t need, and we’ll leave it out of the final package.

STEP 06

Request packing (Package Consolidation)

When you’re ready to combine your packages into one shipment, simply go to:

Request → Packing → New Packing and submit your consolidation request.

STEP 07

Request shipping

When your packing is complete, you’re ready to ship!

Go to Request → Shipping → New Shipping and submit your shipping request.

Then, simply click “Pay” to have your package shipped out on the next business day.

📬 After your package is shipped, we’ll send you a notification with your tracking details.
