OFM Service (Order For Me) is a service where we will purchase the items on behalf of our customers.

All OFM packages are only for international shipping. Domestic shipping will not be available during shipping requests.

We only accept requests with a safe payment method, such as a credit card transaction.

No, due to the lack of a safe payment method and scam concerns, we do not purchase items from individual sellers or transactions that accept bank transfers only.

No, we are not able to do so. All items purchased via our OFM service will have to be shipped out overseas. Once again, domestic shipping is not available under any circumstances.

Unfortunately, we must comply with Korea’s exporting regulations. We must have them exported out of the country and declare the precise amounts.

If your order arrived damaged and there is a clear unboxing video, we will be able to inquire with the shop. However, each shop has different exchange policies. Please be sure to check the deadline for inquiries. If it has already past the deadline, the shop will reject your request.

Online-Regular: Standard type of request. The order will be processed within 2 business days (weekends & holidays not included)

Online-Priority: Order will be processed within 24 hours (weekends included). Recommend for time-sensitive orders.

Proxy Fansign: Event that requires our staff to attend on your behalf, such as Fansign Event, Cafe Event, Showcase Event, etc.

Bunjang (submitted by request): Please submit one form per seller. For example, if you'd like to purchase multiple items from one seller, you may list all of them in one form. However, if you have three items from three different sellers, please submit three separate forms.

Bunjang Tab (Home Page): This is a page where you can simply click and purchase items automatically via our partnership with Bunjang. Please note that the seller may charge extra fees after the initial payment/purchase.

Sometimes, websites might be too difficult to understand or may not accept international payments. It could require Korean citizenship, a Korean phone number, or a Personal Customs Clearance Number (PCCN). Online OFM is a service where our purchasing team will order the items you want to buy on your behalf.

  • For orders related to events (Luckydraw, Fansign, etc.) You cannot get a refund, cancel, and/or change the information once it has been submitted.
  • If cancellation is possible after we purchase it and you would like to cancel it, there will be a cancellation fee of 10,000 KRW + our Commission Fee. Please contact our support team via Kakaotalk.
  • If an item will be imported from another country, a Business Tax ID will be needed. There will be tax from the government (approximately 10% + 4000 Fee) and an additional 10,000 service fee from Kfriday.

No, unfortunately, concert tickets will need to be purchased by attendees. We will not be able to purchase concert tickets on behalf of our customers.

Yes, however, please note that the customer will only be able to keep the physical items from the kits. Items with personal information, such as membership ID cards, and membership benefits such as priority of ticket purchasing and level-up of cafe membership will not be provided to customers as they contain personal information.

Proxy Fansign service is a service where we attend a fansign event on your behalf. We will provide pictures and videos taken during the event if permitted. The price is as follows:

Regular fees + 10,000 KRW for application + 30,000 KRW attending fee (only charged if won)

  • This service is only available within the Seoul area.
  • Our team will contact you regarding the results within 24 hours after the winner’s announcement.
  • An additional 15,000 KRW will be charged per hour after the second hour.
  • Attending events such as showcases, cafe events, and photo events are also part of this service.

Any winner’s items (including a lucky draw) won during the event will be given to our customers. However, if this item has our attendee on it (ex. Polaroid taken with the idol), due to privacy concerns, we will either have the attendee keep it or blur out the attendee before providing it to the customer.

No, broadcasting events such as M Countdown and Inkigayo do not require purchasing items to participate. It will require cafe membership and application, which our team will not be able to do.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship out the snacks to you as they have a high risk of being rejected due to rotting.

If our staff is located near our warehouse, the items may be carried back directly. Otherwise, a domestic carrier will be used to ship the items back to the warehouse. All shipping costs will be covered by us. You may find additional images attached under your OFM request for reference.

If you would like to make a purchase during the event while our attendee is there, please inform our team in advance and the following policy will apply:

  • The maximum amount allowed per staff to purchase: 100,000 KRW
  • Number of group that each attendee can purchase/attend: 1
  • Maximum number of purchase rounds that each attendee can line up: 5

If you would like to purchase more than the given allowance, please submit multiple requests.

*If outsiders can purchase without attending or participating in the event, the request should be submitted under Offline Service.

As we provide offline purchase assistance, please submit a request, and our offline team will review the order. An offline OFM should provide at least 2 business days to be completed. If the request needs to be completed within 24 hours of submission, this will incur a priority fee of 15,000 KRW on top of the OFM service fee. The offline service fee is as follows:

(30,000 KRW for 1st hour + 15,000 KRW per additional hour) × number of staff + 3% of the total item value.

Generally, lucky draws and birthday cafes take 1 hour or less. However, venues that have restrictions on entry can take anywhere between 1 to 12 hours, depending on the situation.

The time spent will be rounded up by the half-hour. For example, if 2 staff members spent 1 hour and 10 minutes at the venue, the commission is (30,000 KRW + 0.5 hours × 15,000 KRW) × 2 or 75,000 KRW.

  • Travel time will not be counted. The timer starts when we arrive at the venue.
  • Entry tickets for the event will be charged separately from our fee (if applicable).
  • Requests outside Seoul may be rejected.
  • There may be additional delivery fees from the shop, depending on the situation.
  • Cancellation will not be possible once the items have been purchased.
  • You may adjust the purchase list up to 12 hours before the team visits the event.
  • If there are multiple requests under the same event, our team may go there all at once. If there is a purchase limit per visit/person, purchase benefits will still be distributed per order.
  • If we were unable to purchase any items as they were out of stock, we will still have to charge the service fee.
  • For certain events, there may be a gift set per visitor or a stamp mission gift. The quantity is limited as we may not have as many staff for however many orders we receive, as we often purchase in bulk. To ensure fairness, we will now prioritize requests based on payment completion time. In other words, priority goes to those who complete payment first. This applies to such benefits as entry tickets and stamp mission rewards.
  • All requests that have been submitted/paid for outside of business hours will be checked and processed within the next 2 business days. This includes priority requests submitted on weekends, including Friday.

If a reservation or scheduled visit has already been made, and/or less than 24 hours before the visit, there will be a cancellation fee of 15,000 KRW + 5,000 KRW ticket reservation fee (if applicable). Popular stores might have a limited quantity of items. As much as we would like to secure all of the items requested, in some unfortunate situations, items may not be able to be secured at all. Service fees will still be charged as our team has spent their time and effort to provide the service.

For requests not within the Seoul area, please contact us via our support channel. We will need to check if we have staff available to attend. Additional transportation fees will be charged if the request is accepted.

Yes, as long as the organizer or shop allows another individual to pick up the items on your behalf, our team can pick them up for you. The standard offline fee will be applied.

It will depend on whether the shop/agency will allow the direct delivery of goods. In most cases, agencies only accept domestic shipping. If direct delivery is possible, our team can deliver the items on your behalf. The standard offline fee will be applied.

Starting February 1, 2026, an additional KRW 3,000 reservation fee will be charged per staff member for each successful venue visit that requires a reservation. Please note that this fee will not apply to events that do not require advance reservations.

Bunjang is a used goods platform and the go-to site for exchanging celebrity merchandise. You can purchase items right away via the Bunjang Tab. If you would like our team to contact the seller to inquire about the price or receive pictures of the item, please submit a Bunjang OFM request.

FAQ

The fee will be 10,000 KRW + 3% of the item value. The fee for both types of Bunjang are the same. If you order 3 items from the same seller and they are under one invoice, that will be 10,000 KRW + 3% of item value. If you order 3 items from 3 different sellers, that will be 3 × (10,000 KRW + 3%).

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel Bunjang orders as they are second-hand items.

Yes, all orders regarding Bunjang will incur the fee as we still need to confirm with the seller and all the details surrounding the order.

Once your request has been submitted, you will be required to complete the payment for the items you wish to purchase. After the payment has been received and confirmed by the system, our team will then proceed with your request. Our Service fee and any other additional charges (such as a delivery fee) will be invoiced separately, and you will have to complete the payment before having the items shipped out. The OFM excess fee charged is the delivery fee that was paid to the shop in order to have the package shipped to our warehouse. The OFM service fee will be charged depending on the total value of the OFM.

Sometimes, an OFM can be split into several different packages depending on the amount of orders and the shop. The status of the packages will be ‘Partially Arrived’ and they cannot go through inclusions/packing unless the item information is accurately entered. This process is done by our team, and we kindly ask that unboxing is requested in order to accurately assess what items are in each package. This is to prevent issues with customs and to enter correct customs value/item information for exporting. We can release the packages, but we strongly recommend putting all packages from that specific OFM into one packing request. This is to prevent issues with customs. If this is not done, we will not be responsible for any issues that arise with customs.

The full value of the OFM (item value + OFM service fee) will be charged. The service fee will be added to the item value on the commercial invoice. This cannot be changed and the service fee must be declared.

If the package goes through inclusion service, the full value (item value + OFM service fees + inclusion fee) will be declared.
