After packing is completed, you will be able to request shipping. Afterward, please complete the payment in order for it to be dispatched.

FAQ

This is because after the packing is processed, it takes some time to have it stored into the warehouse. It should be stored by the next business day.

You can calculate the estimated shipping cost for your forwarding by going to the shipping fee calculator page on our website. Feel free to add up the weight of your packages and enter it into the calculator. However, please note that this will just be an estimate, as the shipping cost may be higher due to volume.

When shipping internationally, packages are charged based on either volumetric or actual weight, whichever is greater.

We can only have the address changed before the shipping payment is completed. If you have not completed the payment, you can cancel and resubmit the request. The shipping fee may change depending on the destination.

We currently provide 3 different shipping options: Standard, K-Packet, and domestic. For standard shipping, we give you the option to choose your preferred carrier between FedEx and UPS. You can compare the prices and choose which carrier you would like to use when you request shipping.

Standard: 3–7 days (UPS or FedEx), with possible flight delays during busy periods.
*For FedEx, depending on the billable weight of the package, the selected shipping option may change.

K-Packet: 2–4 weeks, depending on country
Available to the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam, Germany, Spain

Domestic: Only available for non-OFM packages, and can only be shipped to residential addresses (including hotels). We are unable to ship to commercial/business addresses.

Due to safety reasons, the following items will not be allowed to be stored at our warehouse and/or board the plane:

  • Compressed Spray (Compressed Can)
  • Flammable Liquid
  • Dairy product
  • Fruits
  • Weapon
  • Drugs

The following items can be stored at our warehouse, but it will need to be disposed of before forwarding service:

  • Portable charger/Power bank
  • Diffuser
  • Industrial-use magnets
  • Candle
  • Perfume
  • Ethanol
  • Air Refreshener

Please be reminded that this may differ from the import policy of your country. If the package is rejected due to local regulations in your area, your package may be returned to Korea (a return shipping fee will be charged) or disposed of by your local authorities.

We will have to have the package repacked, and this will incur a fee of 10,000 KRW. We can either have it stored in your postbox for domestic delivery or we can dispose of the item. However, if it was from an OFM, it cannot be shipped domestically and must be disposed of.

There are several reasons why a package may be returned to our warehouse. It may contain products that are not suitable for international shipping, such as electronic devices with internal batteries or cosmetics.

Regarding shipping small portable electronic devices, rechargeable batteries are included in the item and have some restrictions for shipping. We will be able to ship most of them out. However, please note that we limit the quantity to 2 per consolidated package.

The items cannot be shipped out via K-Packet and will therefore have to be shipped via standard shipping. Please note that some electronics may not be eligible for international shipping depending on the watt-hours (Wh).

We strongly recommend inquiring with your local customs to see if there are any restrictions on importing electronics into your country. As we are not the manufacturer, we will not be able to provide any documents required during the importing process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship out power banks.

There are several reasons why a package may be returned to our warehouse. It may contain products that are not suitable for international shipping, such as electronic devices with internal batteries or cosmetics.

There are currently no restrictions or limits on exporting cosmetics and skincare products out of Korea. However, there may be restrictions regarding importing the items into your country. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs before purchasing said items.

If there is an item from an OFM, the package will have to be shipped internationally. If the request doesn't contain any items from an OFM, you may request domestic shipping. Please note that we can only ship to residential addresses (including hotels). We will not be able to ship it to any commercial addresses, such as another warehouse or business.

As the recipient is responsible for the process of importing items into their country, we request that you continuously check in with your local customs after having your package shipped out. FedEx/UPS usually contacts the recipient regarding importing issues. Please be sure to check your email's spam folder to prevent your package from being returned without notice.

If your package is returned to our warehouse, we will have to charge the return shipping fee as well as the re-shipping fee.
