Heads-up

• SNS event is available at the pop-up.(If they have)
• If we receive only a small number of special gifts due to the limit per visitor,

they will go to OFM users on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on OFM submission and payment.

• OFMs submitted over the weekend will be reviewed on the following business day.
• We will arrange a visit to the venue for our staff, based on their availability.
• Even if our staff visits but is unable to purchase any items due to out-of-stock or circumstances at the venue,

you will still be charged a visit fee.

• If you have heavy or bulky items, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.

On-site reservation is only available for one day(October 11), so please note that tickets can be purchased through on-site

standby. On-site waiting may take a significant amount of time, and a fee will be added based on the waiting time.

• Shipping fees may be added for items transported from the event site to the office based on volume or weight.
• When purchasing room spray, only the photo card can be received.
• T-shirts sold in the custom zone and IRON's DIY service are excluded from the purchase list.

This is because we cannot accommodate complex designs, layouts, and other various considerations.

• Desserts from the dessert zone cannot be stored in the warehouse and are therefore excluded from the list.
