SEVENTEEN Announces All 13 Members Renew Contracts at Final World Tour Show

Global K-pop sensation SEVENTEEN surprised fans worldwide during the final show of their “SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] ENCORE” on April 5, 2026, by announcing that all 13 members had officially renewed their contracts with Pledis Entertainment, securing the group’s future as a complete unit. The announcement took place at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, the same venue where the tour began, making the moment especially symbolic for both the group and their fans.

World Tour Highlights

The world tour, which began in September 2025 and concluded in April 2026, visited 14 cities and included a total of 31 performances. Over the course of the tour, SEVENTEEN performed to more than 900,000 fans, combining both in-person attendance and online streaming audiences. Notable stops included Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Stadium, the United States’ BMO Stadium, and several large domes in Japan. Each show showcased the group’s intricate choreography, high-energy performances, and strong stage presence, further establishing their reputation as one of K-pop’s most dynamic and beloved acts.

Contract Renewal Announcement

During the encore of the final performance, leader S.Coups personally revealed that, after careful discussions, all members had chosen to renew their contracts together. He emphasized the unity of the group, saying, “We will stay on the same ship and row together,” reflecting their strong teamwork and collective commitment to the future. The members also expressed their gratitude to fans, affectionately known as CARATs, assuring them that they would return as a full 13-member lineup, reinforcing the sense of continuity and dedication that has defined the group throughout their career.

Significance of the Renewal

This contract renewal is especially meaningful because it confirms that SEVENTEEN will continue full-group activities despite mandatory military service obligations and individual projects. It also marks over 11 years since the group’s debut in 2015 and highlights the strong trust, cohesion, and long-term vision shared among the members. By renewing together, the group demonstrates their commitment to maintaining their identity and presence as a unified team, which is a rare and remarkable milestone in the K-pop industry.

Upcoming Plans

Looking ahead, SEVENTEEN is scheduled to hold their “SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND” fan meeting in June 2026, giving fans another opportunity to experience the group live. While continuing their solo and unit activities, the members will remain fully committed to group promotions, signaling that the next chapter in their career will continue to blend both individual and collective growth. Fans worldwide are eagerly anticipating how SEVENTEEN will evolve and strengthen their global presence in the coming years!
