TWICE TDOONGZ: Meet the New Characters and When Could the Plushies Drop?
ONCE, TWICE just introduced a brand-new set of characters and they are already impossible to resist!
TWICE has officially unveiled its new character line, TDOONGZ, giving fans nine adorable new characters inspired by NAYEON, JEONGYEON, MOMO, SANA, JIHYO, MINA, DAHYUN, CHAEYOUNG and TZUYU.
The announcement comes just ahead of TWICE's 11th anniversary, making the timing especially exciting for ONCE around the world.
But what exactly are TDOONGZ? Who is each character inspired by? And, most importantly, when can we expect TDOONGZ plushies?

What Are TWICE TDOONGZ?
TDOONGZ are TWICE's new official character collection, created around the personalities and individual identities of all nine members.
The official introduction describes TDOONGZ as a “small attic tucked away in a corner of the heart” a place where the story of TDOONGZ and ONCE begins.
The characters were officially revealed on October 8, 2026, immediately creating excitement among fans.
And yes, there are nine characters for nine members.
Each one has its own name, design and personality references, giving ONCE plenty of details to discover.
Meet the 9 TWICE TDOONGZ Characters
Here's the current TDOONGZ lineup:
NAYEON - Im Nabong
NAYEON's TDOONGZ character is Im Nabong.
The character keeps the bunny inspiration that fans have long associated with NAYEON, making it instantly recognizable.
With its cute expression and soft design, Im Nabong feels like a natural evolution of NAYEON's existing character identity.
JEONGYEON - Yoo Beep Beep
JEONGYEON's character is Yoo Beep Beep.
The name is already getting attention from ONCE because of its connection to a nickname associated with JEONGYEON and MOMO.
The character also has a particularly distinctive color palette compared with the other TDOONGZ designs.
MOMO - Mokuring
MOMO's TDOONGZ is called Mokuring.
The character has a cute animal-inspired design with additional details that reference MOMO's personality and interests.
Fans have also noticed a dinosaur detail on the character, a fun reference to MOMO's well-known love of dinosaurs.
SANA - Sham Sham
SANA's TDOONGZ character is Sham Sham.
The design continues the cute animal identity that ONCE associate with SANA while giving her a completely new look.
The result is an adorable character that still feels unmistakably SANA.
JIHYO - Park Zyony
JIHYO's TDOONGZ is Park Zyony.
The character maintains JIHYO's recognizable unicorn association while giving it a softer, more collectible-style appearance.
For longtime fans, it's another example of how TDOONGZ incorporates details that ONCE already associate with each member.
MINA - Myodette
MINA's character might be one of the most detailed designs in the collection.
Meet Myodette.
The name appears to reference Odette, the central character from Swan Lake, which makes sense given MINA's background in ballet.
The design also includes ballet-inspired elements, making it a particularly fitting character for MINA.
DAHYUN - Dub Nyangi
DAHYUN's TDOONGZ is Dub Nyangi.
The character takes inspiration from a cat, another playful reference that fans have associated with DAHYUN.
Its cute facial expression has already become a favorite among ONCE online.
CHAEYOUNG - Son Chaetty
CHAEYOUNG's character is Son Chaetty.
The character has a tiger-inspired design and includes small details that reference CHAEYOUNG's recognizable appearance and personality.
The result is a slightly more playful and mischievous TDOONGZ compared with some of the other characters.
TZUYU - Tzuggumi
Finally, we have TZUYU's Tzuggumi.
Tzuggumi has a particularly cute animal-inspired design and fits perfectly alongside the other eight characters.

TDOONGZ vs. TWICE LOVELYS: Are They Replacing the Old Characters?
This is probably the biggest question among ONCE right now.
TWICE already has its beloved TWICE LOVELYS characters, including NAVELY, JEONGVELY, MOVELY, SAVELY, JIVELY, MIVELY, DAVELY, CHAENGVELY and TZUVELY.
So what happens to them?
At the moment, there has been no official announcement that TDOONGZ are replacing TWICE LOVELYS.
In fact, TWICE LOVELYS merchandise is still being actively released. For example, official TWICE channels recently announced new TWICE LOVELYS sweets and collectibles in Japan.
That means ONCE should not assume that the LOVELYS are disappearing.
For now, it is safest to think of TDOONGZ as a new character line, rather than a confirmed replacement.
And honestly?
We're not complaining about having more TWICE characters to collect.
When Will the TDOONGZ Plushies Be Released?
This is the question ONCE around the world really want answered.
TDOONGZ have now been officially revealed, but a full international plush release has not yet been announced.
However, the timing gives us a very strong clue.

The official TWICE notice confirms the anniversary pop-up, and reports indicate that the TDOONGZ merchandise information page is expected to launch on October 12 at 2 PM KST.
So could TDOONGZ plushies drop in October?
Very possibly.
The upcoming anniversary pop-up is the most obvious opportunity for the first major TDOONGZ merchandise release.
However, until JYP officially confirms the product lineup, the exact TDOONGZ plush designs, prices, release date and availability remain unconfirmed.
