KATSEYE Surprises Fans with "Internet Girl" at Tour Kickoff

The wait is over for KATSEYE fans, the global girl group just dropped a brand-new track, and they did it in the most exciting way possible: live on stage during the opening night of their Beautiful Chaos Tour.

A Tour Launch to Remember

On November 15, 2025, Minneapolis' The Armory erupted with excitement as KATSEYE—composed of Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Manon Bannerman, Megan Skiendiel, Sophia Laforteza, and Yoonchae Jeong—kicked off their first world tour. The 8,000 fans in attendance, affectionately called "Eyekons," were treated to a 70-minute spectacle featuring 17 songs from the group's rapidly expanding catalog.

But the highlight of the evening?

The live debut of their unreleased track "Internet Girl."

[Intro: Manon]

Haven't you heard? I’m the internet girl

[Pre-Chorus: Yoonchae]

I'm getting out of here

[Chorus: Daniela]

Eat zucchini, eat zucchini

Eat zucchini, eat zucchini

Do you read me? Like the emoji?

I want you, I want you, I want you

[Verse 1: Megan, Sophia, Lara, Daniela]

Haven't you heard? I’m the internet girl

Every picture of me is "Oh my god, it's her"

What's the word? What's the word? I'm the internet girl

Got your screen so hot

Oh, you better take a screenshot

Haven't you heard? I'm the internet girl

Yeah, it isn't my fault that it’s always my turn

What’s the word? What's the word? I’m the internet girl

Ten out of ten, yes, not maybe

That's just how my momma made me

I'm getting out of here

[Chorus: Manon]

Eat zucchini, eat zucchini

Eat zucchini, eat zucchini

Do you read me? Like the emoji?

I want you, I want you, I want you (Eat zucchini)

[Bridge: Megan]

In your feelings, ’cause you need me

So, keep on breathin'

'Cause you never know what I might do

It just might be you

[Verse 2: Lara, Yoonchae, Sophia, Manon]

Haven't you heard? I'm the internet girl

Every picture of me is "Oh my god, it's her"

Jealousy's so overrated

Haven't you heard? I'm the internet girl

Yeah, it isn't my fault that it's always my turn

What's the word? What's the word? I'm the internet girl

Nobody got what I got

Go all day, I never stop

[Pre-Chorus: Lara, Daniela, Megan]

So, keep on breathin'

'Cause you never know what I might do

It just might be you (Eat zucchini)

In your feelings, 'cause you need me

So, keep on breathin'

'Cause you never know what I might do

And it's all for you

[Outro: Daniela]

Haven't you heard? I'm the internet girl

The Song That Captured the Internet

"Internet Girl" arrived as one of the night's biggest surprises, positioned strategically in the middle of the set between "Tonight I Might" and fan-favorite "Gabriela." The track tackles the group's relationship with online culture and digital fame, themes that resonate deeply with both KATSEYE and their Gen-Z fanbase.

The new song brought playful energy and humor to an already dynamic show. With its catchy hooks and confident delivery, it fits seamlessly into KATSEYE's evolving sound, blending pop sensibility with the polished production values that have become the group's signature.

A Tour Built on Beautiful Chaos

The Beautiful Chaos Tour setlist demonstrated the impressive range KATSEYE has developed since their formation. The show opened with "Debut" from their SIS EP and included powerhouse performances of "Gnarly" (their first Billboard Hot 100 entry), the Latin-infused "Gabriela," and hits like "Touch," "Mean Girls," and "Dirty Water."

The group also performed their Monster High collaboration "Fright Song" and showcased the precision choreography that has made them standouts in the pop landscape. Fans particularly loved the extended production numbers, including dramatic staging for "Gabriela" complete with Latin-inspired outfits, and the hard-hitting intensity of "Gnarly."

A Landmark Year Continues

This tour launch comes at a pivotal moment for KATSEYE. Their album Beautiful Chaos, released June 27 through HYBE, UMG, and Geffen Records, achieved a top-ten debut on the Billboard 200. The group recently received their first two Grammy nominations, including the prestigious Best New Artist category—a remarkable achievement for a group still in their debut year.

The multicultural makeup of the group, with members hailing from different parts of the world, has resonated particularly strongly with fans. As one Minneapolis high school teacher noted at the concert, many young attendees found representation in seeing themselves reflected on stage.

What's Next

The Beautiful Chaos Tour continues with stops in Toronto, Boston, New York City, Atlanta, San Francisco, Seattle, and more North American cities, with international dates including Toronto and Mexico City. The tour has sold out at most venues, with resale tickets commanding premium prices, a testament to the group's rapidly growing fanbase.

As for "Internet Girl," while it was premiered live in Minneapolis, fans are eagerly awaiting an official studio release. If the crowd reaction is any indication, this track is destined to become another hit in KATSEYE's catalog.

For now, Eyekons can catch the song live on tour, where KATSEYE continues to prove they're not just the internet's girl group, they're everyone's next obsession.
