IVE’s An Yujin and Earth Arcade Members Open a “Space Rice Cake” in New Spin-Off Series

IVE leader An Yujin is returning alongside Lee Eun Ji, OH MY GIRL’s Mimi, and Lee Young Ji in a brand-new Earth Arcade spin-off titled “Space Rice Cake”.

The new variety show is a spin-off of tvN’s Earth Arcade, inspired by a punishment mission from Earth Arcade 2. The program premiered on July 31, 2026, at 8:35 p.m. KST on tvN.

A Spin-Off Born from Earth Arcade 2

According to tvN, “Space Rice Cake” originated from a punishment in Earth Arcade 2. After failing an escape room mission prepared by Torong, the four cast members are tasked with running a rice cake shop together.

The series follows Lee Eun Ji, Mimi, Lee Young Ji, and An Yujin as they operate the fictional “Space Rice Cake” shop in Goheung, South Korea.

The Original Cast Returns

The spin-off reunites the four original cast members, who have become known for their chemistry and comedic teamwork throughout the Earth Arcade series.

The official poster features the slogan “Freshly made rice cakes for sale!” and introduces the group's new challenge as first-time rice cake shop employees.

What to Expect from “Space Rice Cake”

The teaser shows the cast beginning work as early as 5 a.m., learning how to make traditional Korean rice cakes while managing the shop throughout the day.
