How is my Tier determined?

Your Tier is determined by your biannual total spending during January to June & July to December.
Eligible spending includes: OFM purchase value, Shipping fees, Kfriday service fees.
The higher your total spending within a Tier period, the higher your Tier status.

When is my Tier renewed?

Customer Tiers are reviewed and renewed twice a year on January 7th & July 7th

What is VIP Support?

VIP Support is an exclusive benefit available to our top Tier customers. VIP customers can directly contact our Customer Support Supervisor via KakaoTalk chat for, not limited to, urgent assistance, special requests, last-minute changes or concerns.

Point Guides
How do I earn Points?
You will earn Points whenever you make a purchase with Kfriday. Earned Points can be used to offset your balance on future requests.
Point Value: 1 Point = 1 KRW
How to Claim Points?
Once your invoice has been paid and completed, you may claim Points after 14 days. A “Confirm & Earn” button will appear on the Invoices page next to your invoice. You will have 90 days from the eligible date to claim your Points. For OFM packages, Points can be claimed after the package has arrived and been scanned at our warehouse.

Important Notice: Once Points are claimed, no adjustments will be allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: Refunds, Credits for sold-out items, Any other post-claim adjustments, etc.

How long are Points valid?
Points are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Unused Points will expire automatically after the validity period.
Where can I check my Points balance?
After logging into your account, Profile → My Points
How can I use my Points?
You can apply Points by entering the amount you wish to deduct from your balance in the payment details pop-up during checkout.

Program Policy: Kfriday reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Customer Tier Program, including Tier qualifications, Point issuance, and benefits, at any time without prior notice.
