• SNS event is available at the pop-up.(If they have)
• If we receive only a small number of special gifts due to the limit per visitor,

they will go to OFM users on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on OFM submission and payment.

• OFMs submitted over the weekend will be reviewed on the following business day.
• We will arrange a visit to the venue for our staff, based on their availability.
• Even if our staff visits but is unable to purchase any items due to out-of-stock or circumstances at the venue,

you will still be charged a visit fee.

• If you have heavy or bulky items, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.
• Please note that you are responsible for verifying the customs clearance procedures and other details related to the import of cosmetics yourself, and we cannot be held liable for any resulting disadvantages or unforeseen circumstances.
