Rare signed page for a birthday gift for a friend. The best part of the box was facilitating the purchase for my GO joiners. Getting cute merch of our favorite artists.
Kfriday Experience and Honest Feedback
When I decided I was buying a lot more items, I decided I needed a Kaddy. And after research applied for Kfriday. One of the most important thing for me was communication with the team - I really love that the team is reachable and approachable for any queries.
I do feel the channels to communicate to the different teams can be more streamlined -- for example there is a main channel but if I need to speak to specific team, it should be another channel within the main channel? I would suggest this as a feedback for future changes. Also if the team reaches out to me on chats, I receive an email but not an update on KakaoTalk which can be a disconnect when having the conversation. But this is only a minor point -- the thing I love about Kfriday has always been the prompt communication, the teams are so friendly.
Packing wise NEVER an issue. I have never had any damage to any of my items -- whatever the item may be. Website experience is good. I would love to help give further feedback ( I am from a technical background!) - I hope I can help collaborate with the team.

Army - Borahae -- Let’s love and spread love to everyone. To people thinking about getting a Kfriday ID-- don’t think! Just. GET. IT! The experience is next level. There is always a learning curve but feel free to reach out if you have any questions - the team, the ambassadors love helping. Plan your packages in a way you can consolidate and ship better. Always keep an eye out on Bunjang and make use of bunjang events in Kfriday! If you have a specific preorder from a specific Korean shop -- get Kfriday to do an online priority order -- believe me it takes out the stress fully! As always I hope you will have fun collecting !
