I was very impressed with my first experience with Kfriday. As my first time having a Korean address and using them as a proxy, they were able to attend a pop-up I was really interested in and get the items I really wanted. From the beginning, their customer service team had a great response time, given the time difference between us, and answered all of my questions, plus they were communicative during the event as well. All the other features had helpful instructions, and I felt comfortable asking questions if I didn’t understand a process. When it comes to shipping, everything I consolidated was packed safely and also arrived safely to me. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use their services in the future!
