I’ve been buying from them for almost a year now, and they are completely trustworthy. I’ve spent thousands of dollars, and I’ve never had any issues. I only bought insurance for one of my 10+ shipments because it was extra expensive, but none of my packages have arrived damaged since they package everything with lots of bubble wrap—and I mean LOTS. They usually advertise themselves as good proxies for K-pop merch, but you can request pretty much anything legal! I personally buy anime merchandise and designer items, but I’m sure they can handle more than just that. I used to buy from other proxies, but KFriday has the best conversion rates and communication. I’m from the U.S., and I can promise you they are the best proxy service you can find.

Everything was well packaged, Nothing was damaged as well. There is bubble wrap at the end of the package and front. I had a big acrylic stand that i didn't want to get damanged, and they put a good amount of bubble wrap for it!! They were also super communicative and patient when i had a payment problem as well.
