To ensure your packages arrive safely and without delay, please take a moment to review our shipping guidelines for battery-powered items before requesting Packing or selecting your shipping method.

🚫 K-Packet / EMS Are Not Available for Battery-Powered Items

Small portable electronic devices with built-in rechargeable (lithium) batteries cannot be shipped via K-Packet or EMS due to international postal safety regulations.

If these shipping methods are selected for battery-powered items, the package will unfortunately be returned to our warehouse. This may result in additional return fees and delivery delays. To prevent this, please kindly select FedEx or UPS from the start.

Additional Conditions

• Quantity limit: Maximum 2 units per consolidated package
• Capacity limit: Some electronics may not be eligible for international shipping depending on their watt-hour (Wh) rating

⚠️ ATEEZ CDP Orders — Please Check Your Package Before Packing

We are currently processing a high volume of ATEEZ CDP (CD player) shipments. As these CDPs contain built-in rechargeable batteries, the rules above apply: FedEx or UPS only, and a maximum of 2 units per package. If your package contains 3 or more CDPs, please request our Split service prior to requesting Packing. Packages exceeding the 2-unit limit may be rejected during carrier's safety screenings, leading to return shipping fees and significant delays. Checking your items beforehand will help ensure a smooth delivery.

We gently remind you to check with your local customs office regarding any restrictions on importing electronics into your country.

Please note that as Kfriday is not the manufacturer, we are unable to provide technical manufacturing documents that might be requested during the import process.
