I have been wanting to talk about this package and now Finalllyyyyy its time. This was one of a very very item heavy package. I had bts arirang albums, bts merch drop, individual claims and loads of pobs. Unfortunately during transit someone tried to cut open the package.. but here is where Kfriday teams' brilliant packing comes into play. NOT A SINGLE ITEMS was lot of damaged. Yes! Read that again. The packing was so safe and so well done that even with a huge hole not a single item was lost. I have always sang praises of Kfriday packing but this convinced me like no other. I am a Kfriday customer for life. As soon as I let the matter know to the team, I had immediate response and we took steps to raise with shipping company. While the shipping company could not do much since nothing was lost or damaged, it only cemented on how much I admire Kfriday team for their due diligence. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
